2024: The Election of a Lifetime

Thank you to Anderson resident, Donald McKenzie, for sharing the below clarion call for “More Democracy” as we prepare for 2024:

The 2024 Election will be one of the most historic campaigns in the history of the country, one to rival that of Lincoln’s. Just as Lincoln was elected to hold the broken nation together, democratic Americans will build a stronger Democracy to cement our Union. Tell your friends, we will make history in two years…More Democracy!

“More Democracy” is the play book. We have to protect the constitution of the United States with more democracy.

We can add 6 new states, 12 new senators, and at least 6-8 new diverse House Members with a simple majority vote in both houses; We cannot see the forest because of all the damn trees.

Washington DC, Guam, America Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico!  Michael Moore only wanted two new states, we can go for all 6 using his words: More Democracy.

More Democracy is a generic statehood bill that lets any territory vote on their statehood by majority on their time schedule.  We have to protect our democracy against all foes foreign and domestic; you end insurrection and racism with more democracy and by creating the most diverse congressional body on the planet.

The Arizona territory was formed 1863 and became a state in 1912.  Guam became a U.S. territory in 1898.  After 133 years, it is time to offer statehood.

The original 13 colonies were only 2.5 million people; these proposed 6 United States Territories represent almost 5 million people. In 1850 the ratio of New York to Minnesota population was 97 to 1. Today, the Wyoming to American Samoa population ration is 10 to 1. Minnesota Territory became a state with a population of 6,077, Nevada Territory with 6,847, and Nebraska Territory with 28,841 residents.

Start a movement for More Democracy! Form More Democracy Clubs in every high school, college and neighborhood today!
