Please plan on arriving between 9 am and 10 am for sign in, coffee and donuts.

4. Reading of 2025 Convention Minutes
5. Motion made by the Chair is that the current Leadership serves in the following positions: Convention Chair (Election of Delegates to State Convention)
Convention Secretary
Convention Treasurer
6. Pass the Hat (Helps with Convention Cost)
7. Election of Officers – 1st Vice Chair and Others
8. Election of Delegates to the State Convention: (The State Democratic Convention will be held May 30 in Columbia)
9. Adoption of Resolutions
10. Precinct Chairs Time: Mr. Robert Mecke
11. Adjournment
General Meetings will be on the 2nd Saturday of the odd months in 2026, except December. Both the Executive and General Meetings will take place in January and December.
