District 4 School Board Meeting

PENDLETON DISTRICT

Will meet on Monday April 13th.

District 4 has open sign up to discuss concerns prior to the meeting.

1. Maximum speaking time per person is 3 minutes for a maximum of 30 minutes (10 speakers max).

2. Certain subjects are limited due to privacy reasons:

   1. No personnel issues.

   2. No Pending contractual issues.

   3. No individual student concerns.

3. LONGER REQUESTS can be submitted in writing by NLT noon Monday, day of meeting. Requests will need to include:

   1. Speaker’s Name

   2. Speaker’s Organization (if applicable)

   3. Speaker/Organization Address

   4. Whether the speaker is a direct resident of District 4.

   5. Purpose of Presentations.

   6. LIMITED to 5 minutes unless Board agrees to longer time in advance.

   7. ***May be done privately, dependent upon the legal instances. Public access to these cases may be limited.
