H.3457 Illegalizing Abortions except in medical emergencies (Removes a woman’s right to privacy, basically exposing her for criminal proceedings.)

H.4130 Restricting Miscarriages from being coded as Abortions
H.4161 Life Begins at Conception (Revived with new sponsors on 02/11/2026)
H.4514 Abortion (Removes abortion options from being presented to minors)
H.4536 Illegalizes Manufacture, Shipping, or Providing Abortion Medications (Liability for damages for abortion inducing drugs)
H.4538 Illegalizes Manufacture, Shipping or Providing Abortion Medications (Basically the same as H.4536 with different sponsors, including Rep. Cromer)
H.4637 Illegalizes Manufacture, Shipping or Providing Abortion Medications (Same bill, more minutia, different sponsors)
H.4654 Makes Providing an Abortion a Crime (Making offering an abortion a crime of coercion if the woman recants after the fact.)

STATE SENATE BILLS:
S.27 Reproductive Justice Ensures a woman has the Right to an abortion before fetus viability. Shows held up in Pre-Filed status- ONLY ACLU link will take you to full text.
S.323 SC Total Abortion Ban (Unborn Child Protection Act) Bans all medical services, making it crime to provide or get services related to abortions, regardless of reason.
S.710 Reducing Medical Privacy for Minors
S.713 Wrongful Death Lawsuits for Abortions (Prenatal Wrongful Death)
S.717 Healthy Mother and Healthy Baby Ombudsman (Mothers and PreBorns Act)
S.742 Tax Exemption for Baby Supplies
S.778 Prohibit Medicaid Funding for Family Planning (introduced 01/13/2026 - not yet on ACLU website)
S.781 Life Begins at Conception Act (introduced 01/13/2026 - not yet on ACLU website)
S.862 Over 18 Mental Health Decisions by Parents While this wouldn’t be directly related to abortion rights, it would allow parents to commit their adult child to mental health facilities if they are on their parents medical insurance. It could be used to force a daughter to have a child she did not want to have.
