SC H.4760 ~ Would make controlled substances out of FDA approved, safe and effective medications, mifepristone and misoprostol, just because they are used in medication abortions. While also used to treat women who are miscarrying, misoprostol is also used to decrease the risk of stomach ulcers and protect the stomach lining. Also targets abortion funding provided by private citizens through various sources. NOT just PUBLIC funding.

SC H.3537 ~ Would grant personhood to a fetus and making abortion equal to homicide, with zero exceptions or protections, making abortions potential death penalty cases.
