H.3038 Sexual Assault Survivors’ Bill of Rights Ensures protections for sexual assault survivors throughout an investigative process, that the State cannot later charge them for any services provided during the investigation, and that a person accused or convicted does not have the standing to compel a survivor to comply or not comply with any part of the statute.
